Dr. Payne is highly skilled in all areas of eye care - as is his staff and associates. He is an especially gifted eye surgeon when it comes to cataract surgery. No pain or discomfort during of after surgery. Most importantly, a fantastic improvement in vision for both me and my wife.

As a new resident of north GA I was concerned about finding new doctors. A family member recommended Dr. Payne. I scheduled the initial appointment and was extremely pleased with all aspects of my experience. Talking with Dr. Payne was very easy and I felt reassured that he would be able to help me with my eye care. He performed cataract surgery on me and all went well. I highly recommend Dr. Payne and North Georgia Eye.
