Dr. Carstensen has seen my husband and me for a few months now. Each visit, she listens to our concerns and discusses the pros and cons of treatment options. She invites us to collaborate and provide input on our medical care. I have recommended her to many people. She is very thorough and an amazing doctor.

Elizabeth didn't talk much about my daughters issue we initially had the appointment for. She wanted to talk more about her belief in Childhood Vaccinations. We spent 35 minutes on her trying to RAILROAD me about her beliefs why Vaccines are good. We still aren't sure about the issue we had, because Elizabeth wanted to push her beliefs down my throat, and not talk about why we were there.

I have only had the privilege to have seen Dr Carstensen one time, but I was extremely impressed by her. She sat down and spent time with me and made me feel at ease. The staff seems great as well. I am hoping that she will remain my PCP for a long time.

I sent my 19 yr old daughter in there with Gallbladder problems. We didnt know it was gallbladder problems at the time and we were afraid. Dr Carstensen said she would schedule her a sonogram. We waited 2 weeks on her and we called to see what the problem was and left a message that my daughter was in pain everyday. It made no difference....this woman would not return her call. I read such great reviews about her but she failed us miserably and let my daughter walk around in pain waiting on an appointment that was never going to be made. Thanks Dr Carstensen, you have a great life! In our situation I feel you are not a good person and I know in our situation you were NOT a good doctor!

Dr Carstensen is an Amazing doctor! She takes time to listen to all of your concerns and answers your questions and you NEVER feel like your just being rushed in and out! Her assistant Autumn is awesome as well ! I highly recommend her to anyone !! You will not be disappointed. So thankful to have her as our doctor!

Dr. Carstenson is one of the only doctor’s I have ever seen that listens and values everything you say . She is understanding and respectful . Her office doesn’t take my insurance so I pay out of pocket for every visit because she is that one of a kind.

The staff is very helpful. The nurse does an excellent job taking care of us. Doctor Elizabeth is very knowledgeable and has an excellent bed side attitude. Wonderful doctor visit will be back.
