I sent my 19 yr old daughter in there with Gallbladder problems. We did not know it was gallbladder problems at the time and we were afraid. Dr Carstensen said she would schedule her a sonogram. We waited 2 weeks on her and called to see what the problem was and left a message that my daughter was in pain everyday. It made no difference...this woman would not even return her call. I read such great reviews about her but she failed us miserably and let my daughter walk around in pain waiting on an appointment that was never going to be made! Thanks Dr Carstensen, you have a great life! In this situation I feel you are not a good person!

I have only had the privilege to have seen Dr Carstensen one time, but I was extremely impressed by her. She sat down and spent time with me and made me feel at ease. The staff seems great as well. I am hoping that she will remain my PCP for a long time.

Dr. Carstenson is one of the only doctor’s I have ever seen that listens and values everything you say . She is understanding and respectful . Her office doesn’t take my insurance so I pay out of pocket for every visit because she is that one of a kind.

The staff is very helpful. The nurse does an excellent job taking care of us. Doctor Elizabeth is very knowledgeable and has an excellent bed side attitude. Wonderful doctor visit will be back.

Dr Carstensen is an Amazing doctor! She takes time to listen to all of your concerns and answers your questions and you NEVER feel like your just being rushed in and out! Her assistant Autumn is awesome as well ! I highly recommend her to anyone !! You will not be disappointed. So thankful to have her as our doctor!

Dr. Carstensen is wonderful! She listens to your concerns and questions and goes beyond to answer them and make sure that you have the additional information you need. I am excited to have her as my Primary care Doctor! Her assistant nurse is awesome!!
