List of Terry Kinnebrew's Reviews
I would not recommend Dr. Terry Kinnebrew. Too many meds with negative side effects prescribed at one time such as dizzy side effect which resulted in a fall even when a caregiver was onsite, it was too much and he coud have selected another med without the side effect, less risk. A Dr. at St. Vincents evaluated the meds and removed some daily meds permanently after hospitalization which helped increase quality of life significantly.I think he owes it to his clients to research prescriptions and side effects over time and to be more careful and pro-active in follow ups. He was difficult and uncooperative at times when we were in serious need of timely help. We couldn't change because Dr's were not accepting new clients due to the pandemic.
Sharon Gray is the only good doctor I have seen there. She is very caring and proactive. She will tell you straight but respect your feelings. Dr. Kinnebrew on the other hand could care less about the patient and seems to be in the business of getting paid. He is condescending and brash. He will not even refill a blood pressure med that he has prescribed for years without making you come in to be seen. He will not even authorize an emergency script until he sees you which could be days. Hopefully I don't have a heart attack or stroke in the mean time. Judith Cooley, CRNP I hope I NEVER see again. She is rude, brash and probably the WORST bedside manner of any CRNP. I usually like NP the best because they are so much nicer and seem to care more and take time to listen when you have a problem. Not her. I wasn't comfortable getting the COVID vax when it first came out. She actually got mad, said whatever and walked out. I miss my NP when I lived in Maryland. She would put Cooley to shame and would tell her how unprofessional she is. I'm looking for a new doctor come 2022. I saw a comment about having an annual physical which should be deductible free. Like they said, it all depends on how it's coded. I've always had a deductible. Well, I'll fix that. I'm sure they won't hurt losing my business but I'm done with them.
I was his patient for 15 loyal years and I finally seen the light. He is after money and don't care about you.Look at his ratings on here -he's terrible. And I think he needs to be looked at for fraud.Ive got a new doctor now that cares about me.Dont mess with this man and Baptist health you need to look into you're boy here.If he checked his heart he would find he doesn't have one.If you are thinking about seeing Kbrew keep on looking and find a good doctor not this guy
I have been a patient of Dr Kinnebrew for over 25 years. He has always done a great job.
Love Dr Kinnebrew! He has been my primary care physician for 30 years! He does an awesome job of explaining the medical things for me. He knows my health well and asks very good questions!
I have had to go get worked in several times and i never have a wait of more that 5 minutes. They get you in and get yiu out and your never sitting there allday. I like knowing i can call and get in and i dont have to go to an emerdency room i would highly recommend Dr Kinnebrew and his staff.
I wouldn't recommend this practice. My physician of many years retired and I decided to try a Dr, close to my home. This place has been a billing nightmare and my annual 'no deductible' physicals became billable since it was "up to the physician to decide if it should be coded as wellness visit or not". Now they won't refill my daily prescription they gave me 4 months ago because I haven't seen the doctor in 6 months and have to come in for another co-pay and charge to my insurance company (technically it has not been 6 months since my physical...well not a physical according to them). If they say that coming in for a blood test after taking medication for 3 months will have no out-of-pocket expense. Don't believe it. The Lab will bill you and then when you ask them why you were told that there would not be any out-of-pocket expenses....they respond "we were answering the question for the doctor, not the lab". Perhaps I was just lucky to have a good primary care for 20 years in a caring office (also a Brookwood affiliate). But I can't wait to look for a new one after I get my prescription filled after an appointment with the NP tomorrow. I truly feel they are trying to maximize $ compared to all other doctor experiences I've had....and I'm a cancer survivor at that.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
