This is where I went yesterday and was in a considerable amount of pain. Anyone who knows anything about Gout , knows its extremely painful! he insulted me! saying "Dr Sheppard must didn't want me".........only because she referred me to him. he is cold and unfeeling! I have never been treated like that in my life!

This review is long overdue but I can't thank Dr. Patel enough for the fantastic job he did on both of my feet! I was embarrassed my whole life because my second and third toes were longer than my great toe. It was so bad that I refused to wear open-toed shoes in public, and as a shoe lover, prevented me from buying sandals I "normal people wore." Dr. Patel performed toe shortening on my toes and since then, it has literally changed my life! I no longer dread events that require bearing my feet. I even wear flip flops in the Winter! I can't thank Dr. Patel enough! I would recommend him to anyone needing foot care and or surgery.

The visit was fine but when the billing dept sent a claim to the credit bureau that was a game changer. And the billing department was the rudest person I've ever spoke with even after I tried to give her my transaction #? Never again!

I made an appointment with Dr. Patel for a second opinion on a foot injury after receiving a surgery verdict that I was uneasy about from another orthopedic group in the area. Dr. Patel was very great to work with. His bedside manner is exceptional and he did a great job in taking time to explain the factors that justified the need for surgery.
