The doctor might be good at her job I wouldn’t know I couldn’t get past the rude and unprofessional staff would not answer the phone I drove up to the office to find someone sitting in the dark not answering the phone so I called again and because I was looking at her she answered fast forward to date of appointment had to reschedule due to my job I could not get the doctor on the phone and again the lady answered the phone was so rude with me would not let me speak with the doctor and I’m pretty sure didn’t even send a doctor my message to give me a call

Dr. Pradhan was instrumental in solving a vision problem that plagued me for 3 ½ years. She is one of the most knowledgeable, caring doctors I have met. She and her staff provide an excellent service.

First visit with Dr. Pradhan via a friend referral. My previous eye dr relocated to a further location and I needed a new doctor. Dr Pradhan was compassionate and she listens. 100% highly recommend.

My first review was positive and glowing.I thought I’d found the doctor of my dreams along with her staff but dishonesty is a dealbreaker for me. First I was made to believe something special was being done for me for which I rewarded with a huge cash tip, I was told it was only myself & one other patient would be there. When I arrived I was surprised to see the office full of patients. I was given some lame excuse & it bothered me that I had obviously been lied to but was still so grateful just to get my eyes checked and peace of mind.But then I was lied to again & gossiped about. The look one gets when you’re the subject of a joke is how I was treated. How do you get rid of a patient you no longer want to see? Gossip & tell them you no longer see patients on the only day they could come in. ( I called two weeks on the day no one was suppose to be in office but of coarse they were) Was it the “ resist” button I wore, or not enough tips?

Great initial visit. Well worth the two hour drive from my home town. Staff is very friendly and Dr. Pradhan is extremely knowledgeable as well as personable. The amount of top of the line eyecare technology devices she has is outstanding. Very excited to begin my IPL treatment.
