I like going there Dr and nurses are wonderful. They really listen to me.

There is never a long wait and time is given to listen to questions or concerns.

I have been in pain for so long with no relief and NO help from any other providers, that the compassion, kindness and true concern shown to me by Dr. Syed, was more healing than if she'd been magically able to remove my pain. She did the appropriate tests and when the results return, we'll work together on a course of treatment. The entire staff is wonderful! I can't impress enough how important it is to have a doctor that LISTENS to you and BELIEVES you. I highly recommend her. I truly believe angels walk among us and that she just may be one...

Dr. Syed was very thorough, friendly and explained things is a way that was easy to understand. I will definitely be looking forward to working with her going forward!

I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis about 2 years ago. Before I moved here, I wanted to find a new rheumatologist. This practice was amazing at having all of my records transferred from my previous doctors. It was all done before I moved here. The parking lot was close and had ample parking available which was nice. The office staff is probably the nicest I have ever worked with. The clinical staff is great. The only thing I didn't like was the doctor. She seemed like she just wanted to get rid of me. She did some tests that showed that I didn't actually have RA, which is good, but I am still in pain. A responsible doctor would have created a treatment plan that included a referral to another specialist who could help me. She just told me to "go to a hand doctor" or "go to your primary to get a shot" and that was it. I felt she was basically telling me that she wasn't going to call In anymore steroids for my flares. She also asked my husband and I if we planned to address our weight loss. That was really humiliating, as if we didn't know that we were overweight? I'm going to miss the friendly, personable, helpful staff, but certainly not that doctor!

Dr. Syed is the best. She takes her time to explain things to me and helps me be the best I can be with all of my issues. She is very caring and professional. I highly recommend her for all your Rheumatology needs.

Dr.Syed was amazing she explained everything so well and answered every question I had. By the end of my appointment, I feel well informed and a sense of comfort about my situation.

I finally found a medical staff that I actually enjoy. Starts with check in staff, nurse, xray staff and phlebotomy staff all have patience and kindness. I have never waited extremely long for any services here thus far.Dr. SYED is awesome. She takes the time to explain in detail your diagnosis and gives you options and suggestions for solutions. This means alot. My physical and mental state are improving .

I accompany my mother, who is 95, to her appointments; and, Dr. Syed always speaks directly to my mother, who is her patient, during the appointment while I listen and answer when needed. Dr. Syed’s intentionality in talking to my mother, keeping the focus on her, asking her how she is feeling, exemplifies that Dr. Syed values my mother. She does not talk about her to me as if she is not present or as if she cannot comprehend (my mother is sharp!). This is a blessing!
