Very informative and cordial
Very bad bedside manners. Doesn't want to listen to anything you have to say. Will just walk out of the room. Didn't even know what procedure I was there to have done.
Listens well..Excellent bedside manners. Had Egd/CScope..In & out of hospital 8n short time.
Very bad bedside manners. Rude. Walked out of room while trying to talk to him.
His mail communications sound like a scam written by a Nigerian prince. What sane medical practice requires patients to COME IN to schedule an appointment and warn patients that “failure to follow up could result in medical problems...or even death”??
Hardest doctor to get an appointment with. You have to print and complete pages of paperwork prior to even book an appointment . Then you have to wait in the office to see a nurse to scedule the actual appointment. I waited over an hour. Obviously the doctor is arrogant and could care less about wasting hours of a patients time.
Dr no longer sees patients there. Stays at the hospital to do procedures. Office staff are rude. Show up for your appointment and sometimes wait up to 2 hours just for practitioner to say no you aren't having a flare up just to have to spend a month in the hospital to have half your colon and small intestines removed.
He is honest, straight forward, and very easy to communicate with. He listens to what you are saying and responds accordingly. Wish all doctors were as he is.
The dr no longer comes into his practice so you will always only see practitioner. Not a big deal except they call you a liar about a bad flare up all the way till you are in the hospital for month having surgery to remove half your colon and small intestines.
He is an excellent doctor ... I would recommend him to anyone ....
When scheduling my 1st (and now last) appt. with Dr. Wilson's office, I asked the receptionist what time they started seeing patients. She replied 8:15 a.m., and then I was given the 1st available 8:15 appt. as requested. I arrived @ 8:00 to complete paperwork, but door was locked. Staff opened door at 8:10 a.m. and took another patient ahead of me who, from listening to her chat with receptionist, did not have an appt. that day. The nurse entered my exam room at 9:15 a.m..TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!
I dont have insurance and want to know the cost before the procedure. I was told it would be $514 , but was charged twice this amount. I called 5 times about this, but my phone call was never returned, so I wrote the dr. I was sent a copy of the bill which basically said the extra amount was to stop bleeding. Also I noticed the base rate was almost $700, so either way I was not told the truth. I would advice any worried about the cost from dr Wilson, to see someone else.
Dr Wilson is great. Problem is when you work Monday to Thursday and Saturday and only off day is Friday. Can not schedule procedure on phone. Impossible to get to office to do so. Office staff is great on phone. My only problem is to schedule procedure
My husband and I have always had wonderful experiences with Dr. Wilson. We have both had colonoscopies with him several times. He always listens intently before giving us his professional opinion and the course of action he thinks we need to take. The first time I went to him I thought I needed my gallbladder taken out, but he proved me wrong and I am so glad he did! He told me to never have my gallbladder out without talking to him first; that was over 10 years ago and believe me, I won't! I wish there were a lot more doctors like him. I would wait 6 hours to see him if that's what it took, but I don't recall ever having to wait very long. I wish I could say I trust all my doctors as much as I trust Dr. Wilson.
This is a Dr. that is doing his job to help people, unlike some who just do it for the money and don't really care to figure out whats going on with your body, went above and beyond what any other Dr. has done for me and would like to say Thank You!
My appointment was at 2pm and when I called a few minutes before my scheduled time to make sure I was going to the correct office I was told the doctor wasn’t going to be there until 4pm. Good thing I called! No one was going to call and tell me. I get there at 4pm and waited for 2 hours!!! There were no office staff there at that time so I had to get someone in the back to cancel my appointment. I also had to get her to refund my copay that you have to pay before being seen since I was leaving and NEVER going to come back. I missed an important meeting at 6pm. I also used medical/sick leave for this time and had to reschedule other appointments for this medical appointment and I was NEVER SEEN. Now I have to do this whole process over but definitely with another doctor. This is bad business and you should treat people the way you would like to be treated. But they don’t care about anything but making money and billing your insurance. STAY AWAY!
I had a perforated esophagus back 7 months ago by another Doctor and Doctor Wilson was very nice and listened to me and I was lucky I was referred to him. He couldnt fix my problem, but he tried his best and I believe he is a great Doctor. There arent many Doctors like Doctor Wilson anymore.

I was sent to Dr. Wilson to review a cough that had been bothering me for some time. It was indicated that I may be suffering from reflux. I was not pleased with this because "reflux" has become a very trendy problem for too many people making a lot of money for a lot of people. Well, I was reluntant to say the least. Also, I did not know this new doctor having moved to the area only a short time before from a very large city. Turns out he was the man of the hour. Very kind and straight forward. And sure enough, after testing and exam, I have reflux. New medicine and the cough is gone.
Very good experience. New doctor for me. Was on top of my problem and solved my issues. He is straight forward, a good listener, friendly, on top of his specialty, and works with you.
