I am immensely grateful to Dr. Brown and his staff. I only see out of one eye, and I was terrified when a procedure required by my optometrist left me with huge black and gray “floaters.” This impacted my driving and daily living. Dr. Brown gave me excellent advice about my options and was patient with my worries. His procedure went well and I can see again! I would recommend him a hundred times over.

We never saw the doctor because the office doesn’t disclose to you when you make a new patient appt it’s 2 hours or more. The patient absolutely has a right to know that so a choice can be made before making the effort to be on time and check in…….then you’re told about this 2 plus hour appt to be patient about. No thank you. Just as much as the doctors time is precious, so is ours. I’m sure the doctor is great. But the staff set this up for failure. Front desk ladies also carry a sarcastic undertone. First impression is a lasting one.

Absolutely absurd. Does he think his time is more important than his patients. Multiple times I've taken my father in law and been stuck waiting 2+ hours. How can anyone think this is good business? The staff is helpful and apologetic but that doesn't make up for the complete waste of a day it is to be there.I would give 0 Stars if it were possible

This dr is way too busy!!!! He is probably good and staff seem good. I just haven't been able to get tests results from technician. So I haven't received treatment. So I still have very poor sight in one eye. I honestly would not recommend going here

I've been a patient of Dr. Brown for 3 1/2 years. I receive injections in both eyes every 4-6 weeks, averaging 2 appointments a month. Not once have I ever had a bad experience with Dr. Brown. Dr. Brown and his staff are incredible!

They are notorious for long waiting times , example : book an appointment for eleven am , not seen until three pm or so. Like a jammed up cattle yard of patients!

Dr. Brown is the most kind and professional doctor I have yet to meet. As a diabetic, I highly recommend him for your yearly exam.

Dr Brown has been treating my macular degeneration for several years. I appreciate the calm way he answers my questions. His staff is very efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this doctor!
