A great retirement place for those who need a little helping hand.

Trying to give this place a chance before I complain to every board that'll make a difference. So far I've only spoken to 2 helpful personnel there. They don't have virtual or physical tours which I deem a red flag and seem to be low staffed. I've called a few times to check on my dad and no ones picked up. I will be getting my father moved asap atp.

Really this was a horrible nightmare. Most of the staff are there for a check , but have no business in patient care . I did have a few people who treated you like a person and was a bright beam of caring and concern for the patient . Someone that has a higher position and cares about the way the people are treated should send a patient to see for themself how ugly the staff treats patients . I could tell specifics if I thought it would matter , I assure you that the administration on sight has no intent of making improvements.

Some cna s are not very pleasant. Some are very nice. They didn't keep up with my father n laws clothes. We didn't get them back after he was released. Also lost his phone charger. And they should have a seating area outside windows to visit. Very uncomfortable. One CNA hung up on me while I was talking to my father n law. Just rude.

This should be who you contact if concerned or have a complaint. Saddens me to read some of the reviews... I myself just witnessed some staff should not be in health care.

Seem like no nurse or employee, never around pick up phone.I called 7times still no one answer the phone.my concerns of my grandma having a cold.if was a family emergency they won't answer phones, my grandma never know what going on because they fail answer phones. Suppose b are least a nurse at front dear answer phones.Mt grandma already ready leave this facility

no one answers their phone nor do they have any room for vm on the systems for return calls i started calling at 11:00am!!!

I was there for physical therapy. 6 weeks. Food was good. Staff were great. Quick to answer call lights.All 3 shifts. Administer made rounds twice a day to make sure everyone had needs met and if patientWas treated with respect.
