whole office quit, and no notice was given to me over this and no backup for medicine that needed to be refilled

I have had cardiovascular issues over the past 20 years and have seen a few different cardiologists. Unhappy with Providence St. Vincent clinic, I chose Dr. Mitchell and had my first visit yesterday. I was very impressed with Dr. Mitchell. My visit started with a couple of simple tests, one of which I have not had before. Dr. Mitchel took the time to review my history, learn about me, review my medications, and answer all my questions in detail without feeling rushed. I learned that the Tuality Hospital has a couple of the best surgeons available. I'm happy to have met Dr. Mitchel and feel good about his ability and knowledge as a cardiologist.

Dr. Mitchell is great! Can't complain at all. It's his office staff who are inefficient and don't get back to me when they say they will. Don't provide sufficient information prior to procedures, etc. They say they are under-staffed but that's their problem, not mine! They need to hire more staff to meet patient needs.
