Aweful place. The people are rude period. My mother has been put through so many things and they have always tried to up charge Or say "missing payments" when theres a note on file that it was there system. no one is on the same page. Dr. Gabbani Is the only one I would trust out of the group. Dr. François Is the WORST. Doesnt finish what she starts and Is straight up rude. used to like this place when I first moved here but the longer I go the worse it gets.
I made a review and got a response to call member services but when I call member services they didn't do anything but say yeah we know you're not a person yin and the response they made it look like they would reach out and correct this but that's for your benefit Yelp it didn't do nothing for me don't believe the response
I had a bad experience this morning at my 3year old sons appointment for a regular check up! First of all receptionist at the entrance was just rude and inpatient, waited so long before we can be seen, after arriving on time for our appointment. The assistant and doctor were just not being patient with my young son it's seems like they don't have kids on their own because it showed as if they couldn't stand him! He is still pretty young and was not doing so good at the visit but he definitely was not crying at all! They were just in such a rush and didn't even try any other alternatives to view his mouth and continue with the check up! It didn't even last 10min when they said well it's not going to work try back in 6months, the doctor left and we were walked out the door! I'm truly thinking into changing to a different dentist due to this bad experience.
First off, I believe the work will be ok, but I went in for Dentures, my dental insurance says I have to use them. I need an upper denture. I'm told I have to go to Hillsboro to get the work, only guy that does it for them. I get there, and told I have to pay 350 for the work, but add on the $15 for each visit. So, add another $60 out of your pocket. Then the dentist seems a little arrogant. He tells me "I don't do dentures like you want", "I don't make appointments any closer than 3 weeks apart".Come on guys, it does not take 1/4 of a year to make a set of dentures. There is no service, My second appointment was just to take another impression. That's, I drove 1/2 hour, costs me more and really annoyed me.
I'm giving one star because front office staff were polite, caring and empathetic. I have a serious anxiety problem with the dentist and going in a big deal. I was told by an assistant who was overly concerned about cleaning up after an x-ray that I was late getting to my appointment (which was false). The dentist entered and insisted there was nothing wrong but plaque build up and that pain would go away after a cleaning. Assistant took B/P which she said was 74/54 and I stated it was not accurate she told me it was common. Dentist suggested I am senisitive to pain. This is odd because I'd had surgery 2 weeks before and have had to take a single pain pill I was sent home with. So in the end I was in the back for less than 30 minutes and nothing but being given a small amount of a rinse and scraped briefly at a tooth was done. Still feel pain and can only eat on one side of mouth. I will likely need to pay out of pocket to go to a dentist who can help. Every time we have been to a Willamette dental office it has felt like a processing plant.God help you if you need to resolve a problem or are in pain.
I had NEVER had a positive experience at the dentist until my recent visit at Willamette Dental. I had my wisdom tooth removed and was in and out in minutes. The procedure was quick and painless. Thank you!
Let me be clear. The staff at this location was impeccable from the receptionist checking me in to the dental assistants taking my x ray. The reason for the 1 star is because of my experience with Dr. Francois. From the moment she entered the room I knew she didn't care. Her body language and tone said it all. It was all fake, all of it. "God I can't wait to be done with this guy" is the attitude I felt with this dentist. A professional she was not, at least not in how she handles patients. Perhaps she is knowledgeable in her trade. Who cares if you don't care about the person you are working on? I wouldn't let her work on me again if it was free, no. Never again. I don't like people disrespecting me.
Just finished having my crown done with Dr Case and she did a great job! The final fit was perfect and I am very pleased with her work and the dental assistant Katie.
I recently moved to the area and was in need of a new dentist. I selected Willamette and today was my first visit. I scheduled a cleaning and general check up. The office is spacious with about 7-9 dentist that work here. I'm guessing many companies use this place for their employees dental insurance. The wait wasn't too bad, about 10-15 minutes which allowed me to complete the ever dreaded new patient paperwork. Once called to the back, they took the standard xrays and the staff was friendly. I was then taken to the dental chair and a nice hygienist Egan my teeth cleaning. They still use the hand held tooth scraper pick. Honestly I was turned off some by the fact they haven't advanced to using that AND the high pressure water pick that removes plaque. It seems a bit outdated. My teeth were polished so I was happy about that. The dentist was very knowledgeable and took the time to talk about my teeth. I was impressed with him. The issue that baffled me is the insurance only covers one free cleaning a year UNLESS the dentist determines you need additional cleaning. Basically you are punished for having taking care of your teeth? I find this weird, why reward people who don't have any self care with additional free visits? Overall, I rate this place a 3. The staff is great, the actual insurance coverage not the best in my opinion.
I'd rather lose all of my teeth than deal with these people.

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process.
