Beyond, beyond grateful with all those who work in the Hollywood Dermatology office. I lost all hope with my eczema and felt defeated. But someone told me to come to this office and I cannot express my grateful I am for having such caring medical staff like Nurse Practitioner Susana Mandel and her assistant Aileen. They went above and beyond and always made sure my treatment plan was not disrupted. Thank you so so so much to everyone else as well.

The Doctor Was Great,The Billing Department was a nightmare of unethical and unprofessional people.They put my insurance Billing address as my home address, and they never attempted to call or something about the pending copayment. they just sent me to collection.Unnecessary expenses for their business, and unnecessary rudeness for me.Now of course never again to that office. and telling to all my friends which i referred to the doctor.

Dr Susana Mandel has been my Dr for many years. She is an experienced excellent Dr with a keen eye And precise diagnosis.She is patient, empathetic and kind.The waiting time has never been more than15 minutes for me and her assistants are also great.I highly recommend her

Dr. Mandel has been the family doctor for many years, she's an amazing human being, exceptional MD, and very professional, she found a tumor skin that I didn't knew about it and treat it perfectly, I will go back anytime

Under Dr Mandel care, my difficult to treat skin condition has improved noticeably. She is constantly checking about progress of the treatment, and is available for consultations by phone or text messages. The kind of doctor we all would like to find for every health condition.
