Dr. Poole is an outstanding doctor. He has time to answer questions, give guidance, and provide results. He is personable and truly cares about his patients. He is the one that calls me with test results or instructions...not leaving it to a nurse or staff member. I think he's the BEST !

I met with Dr Poole for the first time on June 20th. I had previously had 5 lithotripsies to remove a nickel sized kidney stone, all unsuccessful. He explained why he thought he could solve my problem. He scheduled my procedure for today, June 28th. I was the first one in the OR, and the procedure was about 45 minutes. After another 45 minutes in the recovery room, I was headed home by 8:30 am. He removed all of the stone. I'm ecstatic that I finally found a Dr who could get it done! Definitely 5 stars.

Dr Poole has always been great to explain and help you understand. Does his best make you feel comfortable. Nurse Ratchet is great assistant and at doing her job. Great team effort!

Dr. Poole takes time to listen to you. He calls you personally with results. Discusses different options. Wait time is never long, even when you get there early. Easy to schedule appointments.

Dr. Poole is an excellent urologist. He is always punctual yet personal. He is concerned about his clients and even calls with test or lab results himself. Usually on the same day as your appt or the next day.
