The nurse that checked me in had a radio on while I was filling out paperwork and she was asking me questions over the music that I couldn't understand what she was saying cause the music was on and it was working my nerves until I finally asked her to turn down please, she turned it off for me, it seemed like she was new doing that job,the experience was awarded,after seeing the doctor I had to have lab work done, it was a long line and some people left cause it was taking to long, when I got in the lab finally, they had very young students taking the blood sample, I got very nervous cause I don't like being a lab rat, but the young lady preformed the task very well, that was my first visit, customer service needs to improve, I will see what's the experience is like the next time

Dr. Mayberry has the best bedside manners, he takes his time with you and answers questions you may have, plus he’s easy on the eyes . 😁

I've picked Dr. Mayberry because my Dr. Of 10+ years has retired and the Dr.has been straight up and honest about what's going on with me. AND listen to what you say to him. That's pretty rare now days I have a damaged spinal cord and he is attempting to find me a pain clinic that wont treat me like a guinea pig been in every one around the area sence the late 1990s still don't have a cure for a spinal cord but don't think I know anything about my own body. Just tired of being experimented on. Dr. Mayberry seems to understand that

My experience with Dr. Mayberry was excellent. Front desk staff was very friendly and timely. Dr. Mayberry listened to my concerns, he did offer solutions and put me on the right path to staying healthy.

There was some confusion about the purpose of my appointment when I arrived. I had been told earlier that this was to be an annual wellness exam, but then was told that this was not the case. I had not checked the date of the last wellness exam but assumed it had been in 2021. I guess this was an administrative error. In any event, I did meet with Dr. Mayberry and discussed some issues with him and renewed my prescriptions, particularly in view of some upcoming travel plans. He was very attentive to my concerns (as always) and the appointment concluded efficiently. He did prescribe a new med in an experiment to treat a continuing complaint.

I appreciate that Dr. Mayberry really listens to you and fully explains what he needs you to know about an issue.. He is very personsable. He has helped me so much. The office staff is friendly and helpful.

Dr. Mayberry is very attentive. Dr. Mayberry listens and is thoughtful in response. D...his nurse is top notch...one knows things will get done when she is involved. Call center needs help.
