Very long wait times, less then helpful practice manager. Physicians are nice but overall experience not acceptable.

Doctor Fettig and the nursing/lab staff are fantastic. The fact that intake staff held up my sick newborn from seeing the doctor to pay a balance of less than $3 is ludicrous. Do better. If you don’t care about kids then go work somewhere else. Update: they really need to clear house with anyone who “answers” phones at this facility. My wife was left on an open receiver for over 10 minutes and then they tried to play it off like nothing happened. Honestly if a person at this facility doesn’t have medical credentials they should be fired and replaced asap because they are a stain on the reputation of the medical staff here

When people are trying to get appointments for their children in crisis perhaps just make the appointment and worry about how to code it later. We’ve been coming to this practice since I was an infant and I’m almost 40 years old; after our experience on the phone today we will be seeking out a more compassionate practice since that seems to have gone by the wayside with Mayfair. I am absolutely appalled.

I use to like this place when Dr. Doyle was there. Ever since she left it has went even more downhill. These people will call and harass you about any balance with insurance on file and threaten you with collections which is illegal. My daughter had a $5 balance for the Dr. signing her school form that I wasn’t aware of until this ratchet underpaid woman called my phone with an attitude about it. I told her I will drop the $5 off by the office so I can be done with them. I don’t want my children going to a Dr’s office that is desperately hurting so bad for $5 that they had to interrupt my coffee break! Take your kids to a Drs office that values & appreciates them as a patient, not just money hungry, rude, and unprofessional!

This is the best pediatrician’s office that I have been to. We see Dr. Powell and she goes above and beyond every single time. She is able to anticipate my questions before I even ask them. She listens and cares for her patients so, so well and sees them as individuals instead of just another 3month old, 6month old, etc. My child has seen 2 other MDs in the practice for sick visits, and they have all been thorough, diligent, and kind, just like Dr. Powell. Not only are the MDs terrific, but the nurses are SO competent taking care of little ones. Dr. Powell’s nurse, Addie, always puts my mind at ease as she comfortably cares for my child. From triage, to shots, to weights, communication and everything in between, the nurses are top of the line. The front office staff has always been very patient with me when checking in, making appointments, and with payments.

My experience there was nothing like the other reviews. They are NOT responsive in a crisis or otherwise. They must like other people's children more than us, because they let us down. They are not careful with the PHI, and they clearly don't understand what HIPAA does and doesn't allow. They are uncaring, without contrition and are only good for giving shots to little rich kids. Choose anywhere else. They left me hanging in the Children's Hospital ER foolishly expecting a call back. I suppose they are used to patients leaving their offices and heading straight to the ER for actual health care services. Also, I am fairly certain they are in violation of the mental health parity act. Hippocratic oath? Ha! Ha!

Medical staff is great, but dealing with the front office staff is a terrible experience every single time. They are rude, unresponsive, and act like it’s a huge burden to do anything for a patient.

I absolutely LOVE Dr Mizerany. Wait time are always short. Nice, clean, and friendly environment. Her care and knowledge are outstanding.
