Paula Rookis's Online Review Report Card

I am wheelchair dependent and tha last 9 years were filled with heavy incontinence and I spent a fortune on adult underwear. I finally decide to check into available options so I could stop wearing adult underwear, feel cleaner, and stop the smells that went along with the incontinence. My first visit was patient centered. The staff was as well. Finally, I decided to get the bladder sling. The level of care given to me was outstanding. I can not thank God enough for guiding me to Dr. Rookis. I have seen her 4 times (3 in the office and 1 before the surgery). She is the same person each time: Happy, caring, dedicated, and just totally Outstanding! The surgery left me with very little pain, but my incontinence was cured! I can truly say, "I am blessed to have her be one of my Physcian." Please don't let incontinence stop you from taking trips and spending time with your loved ones. There are options but you have to take the first step: make an appointment. I only regret not having my incontinence issues taken care of sooner. Dr. Rookis is my (and countless other patient's) hero. Thanks a bunch!

As always my visit was fine and informative. She is always attentive, caring and working towards a solution.

First visit and I love her! She was warm, friendly, listened to me, and reviewed my history to propose a few options. She even took into consideration that, in a few years, I'll be on Medicare, so we discussed what will be covered then and what may not be. Excellent first visit!

I worked in the hospital/healthcare industry for several decades and worked closely with physicians on a daily basis. Dr Rookis is one of the most compassionate and personable physicians I have ever met. She provides excellent care and gives her patients one on one service and care while meeting their medical needs. I can't say enough good things about her or her staff.

Dr Rookis and her staff are a refreshing group of caregivers. They place the patient first and do it with a smile on their faces. They communicate well, they are respectful, willing to listen, give feedback and allow ample time for the doctor and patient to interact inorder to develop the correct treatment plan for the patient.
