I've only had my first visit so far, but it was great. Kind staff, welcoming atmosphere, short wait, felt heard as a patient, knowledgeable pelvic floor therapist.

Of all the therapy places I have attended, this is by far the busiest. They have multiple therapist that are extremely nice and helpful. They do their best to keep everyone socially distant. Masks are required. Because how busy they are, it can be hard to get an appointment with the same therapist ever week.

The only problems that I have had have been general mistakes with scheduling (the computer did not save an appointment time). TherapySouth Homewood has been amazing every single time I have been! Even the time with a scheduling error, the staff there made sure that I was still seen at the appointment time that I was told. I see Rachel Little when I go and she is so respectful, kind and very explanatory. I have never had a bad experience here!

I must admit that I was a little skeptical that therapy would work for me when I was referred to them for therapy. Let me just say the entire staff had been amazing through all of it. Extremely personable, patient, caring, and excellent with communication through the duration of my visits. I would tell anyone on the fence, give them a chance, keep an open mind and I would promise they will meet if not exceed your expectations. Definitely recommend them.

I've had four sessions with Nikki Woods and reading the reviews, I'm not the only one that has received outstanding care and rapid improvement. She listens, she cares and then she goes about treatments to improve your health. She's incredible, I'm lucky to have found her to treat issues that I've had for decades and other doctors were unable to heal. Thank you!

I saw Christy Mann. She was professional, helpful and compassionate. I wouldn’t be where I am today without her help.

I was matched with TS Homewood in a weird twist of fate, as I live within 1/10 mile to another TS location and have to drive past two additional TS locations to reach TS Homewood. I wouldn’t have it any other way! I’ve received treatment at TS Homewood for three different injuries, and everyone I’ve encountered there has shown exceptional service, attitude, and professionalism. Lisa, Halie, and Summer each deserve special recognition for making sure that every visit is smooth and productive. Hoping that I never have to do physical therapy again, but if I do, it’ll be at TS Homewood. 100% worth the drive!

After having hand surgery to correct Trigger Finger, scar tissue developed on the palm of my hand, making every day use extremely difficult.At the suggestion of my surgeon, I began PT with Christy Mann, who specializes in hand therapy.Christy is professional, knowledgeable and very personable. She used several different treatments, some of which were a bit uncomfortable, but the end result was well worth the discomfort.Prior to my treatments with Christy, I was doubtful that I would regain use of my hand.Christy squashed that doubt. I would highly recommend Christy Mann to anyone in need of any type of hand therapy. She is amazing!

Can't say enough about Chrissy Mann (hand specialist) at the Lakeshore facility. Had a pretty serious hand surgery done in December and immediately had to go to PT. 6 weeks of intense PT and hand is doing very good. She knows her stuff. Great crew there also.
