I was charged for an office visit just to get stitches out - I could have just removed the stitches myself at home since I had already received a phone call for results - Previously, I had scheduled a visit for suspicious areas needing a biopsy - On that occasion I was charged for an office visit & then separately charged for a surgical procedure as though there had been no office visit - Personnel refused to give me a copy of my pathology report - Personnel posted my payment received to another patient’s account & they requested that I bring back the payment receipt with the wrong name (Drive back to the doctor’s office which is no where near my home) & they would give me a receipt in my name - So I have no receipt for my medical records for tax purposes - I have never had such an experience like this with any other physician’s office ever - I feel as though this physician’s office just looks for any way to get additional money from a patient - very disheartening

Dr. Bentley is very professional and thorough. The office staff is helpful and friendly. The aesthetician at Pure Dermatology is fabulous too. I read where some have difficulty getting an appointment. I believe that may be the case for any highly recommended dermatologist.

Great experience once I got an appointment, but getting an appointment was difficult. I had to wait several months before I could get in to see her. The doctor is friendly and knowledgeable, she listed treatment options for my condition and the pros and cons of each. I really like this doctor.
