Dr. Vines is an excellent physician! She is complete and concise in her diagnosis and her treatment is always right on track. I am so grateful that she is our primary care physician. . Her referrals are always done in a timely manner and she never fails to call you back with the information that you request.

I know that a lot of people say this just to say it but Dr. Karen Vines literally SAVED MY LIFE. My very first visit after my vitals were taken in my blood work can came back my blood pressure and my blood glucose numbers was off the charts now I had a primary care before I went to see dr. Vines and when I would ask that about my numbers being so high was told not to worry about that my numbers were normal. Well dr. Vines within a matter of 30 days they sent me to an endocrinologist and between the two of them my blood pressure in my blood glucose was for time and decades that my blood pressure and the first time since I was diagnosed what's a diabetic that my numbers were in the normal range so in my opinion doctor is a great, superb, excellent doctor

My doctor of 15 years retired and I dreaded changing but Dr. Vines is very thorough, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and easy to schedule appointments. Dr. Vines explained conditions well and all of her decisions have proven to be very helpful. I'm thankful for her care.

This was first time Dr Vines and I meet in person. She is thorough and answered ALL my questions. I am glad I can be confident about her as I was with Dr Marshall (retired). Very patient and educates as opposed to advises only.

Dr. Vines & Nurse Ashley are good healthcare practitioners. Their front desk staff, however, is not friendly, communicative, or helpful in anyway. It is like pulling teeth to get them to answer questions or help their patients (i.e. their customers) get paperwork completed, insurance information, and direct the flow of the office. They were actually busy chatting with each other.
