Excellent visit. Dr Lolley was helpful and kind. Lisa particularly nice too! I would definitely recommend this office and will come back if needed.

A friend fell and broke his clavicle and a rib. We met Dr. Lolley in the ER and he has treated him through his recovery. He and his staff have been exceptional. They are knowledgeable, thorough, and very friendly. So glad we found him.

After enduring several painful days with an injured shoulder Dr. Lolley’s friendly staff worked me in to be seen quickly. Dr. Lolley and his PA Travis were very compassionate! I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Lolley’s office to family and friends. Best orthopedic doctor in the Hoover area.

Very unpleasant experience. I was not concerned with my past medical history which has lead up to my medical needs now. After explaining that I work with pain and that some of the task causes pain. He responded with the old doctor joke of “Well don’t do that.” Then it went to “Find a job where you’re able to sit down, there are PLENTY of jokes out there.” I received a voicemail from Kristen because I left a 1-star review and to sum it, the call was like telling the police on the police. It was exactly what I expected.

If you are looking for a Dr. that will listen to you, has the bedside manner as well as the technical skills then Dr. Lolley is your guy. If I could give the support staff 10 stars I would. By far one of the best experiences. Definitely someone that you can trust.

Truly a fantastic team all around! Dr. Lolley and his PA Travis have both been wonderful to work with. They saw me quickly, scheduled surgery for the following day, and made sure I was well taken care of. I appreciate how personable they both are, how throughly they communicated with me and my family post-op, and how well they listened to me! They were both very patient - answering all of my questions and calming my nerves! I was very anxious about having a surgery I did not expect to need. They were the second team I saw after having insurance issues with my first surgeon and the frustration of having to pay for another consultation completely disappeared after my first visit. I was way happier with them than my previous team! The receptionists, Lisa, is also just wonderful and is so very kind..as is Wendy, the nurse. I highly recommend them!

I really love Dr Lolley... He LISTENED and took his time to hear my issues and complaints that I am having.. He ABC’d and 123’d, dotted his i’s and crossed the t’s as well. Thank you Dr Lolley for the wonderful visit my husband and I had with you..

Dr Lolley and his staff were kind and knowledgeable. Our appointment didn't feel rushed, he took his time explaining things and gave us time for questions.

My leg/knee began hurting badly and walking was very difficult when I called Dr. Lolley's office early this morning. A staff member emailed his nurse to call me which she did within an hour, resulting in an instant appointment with Dr. Lolley who saw me dispite a massive workload! Very happy with his manner and his staff. Thanks to Diane for helping so much too!
