Although I would give the doctor a higher rating, the wait times are unreal. The staff and doctors are good; very patient and kind. The problem is over scheduling. They schedule every 10 minutes. A visit takes longer than that. You do the math. Revisit your scheduling practices or tell your patients their wait time. Don't forget your patients are people and each one is different. Don't schedule us like cattle. If you knew your patients, and their needs, you would know how to schedule an appointment for the appropriate amount of time. Its a shame. My visit with Dr. Groysman was the WORST doctor visit I've ever had. Skin conditions are already a vulnerable thing to have examined up close, but it's even worse when the doctor makes faces, rolls her eyes any time you have a question, and makes you feel as if you're bothering her by asking for her help. Then, she gave me a cream for psoriasis that made my skin MUCH WORSE because it was actually a staph infection, so using the cream caused it to spread even more! She's quite literally the worst doctor I've ever met, in every way imaginable. What kind of dermatologist doesn't know the difference between staph and psoriasis? I went for a full body check and Dr. Groysman spotted something on my upper right arm. I had never noticed this. She removed it and sent it for a biopsy. I never felt her remove the spot in question and just thankful she did see this. Thank you, Dr. Groysman, for being so thorough. Great eye, Dr. Groysman!

At age 69, I can say I've seen several dermatologists in my life. Dr. Groysman is my favorite! Professional, skilled, knowledgeable about my skin condition, and very pleasant all describe Dr. Groysman.

Came in for skin cancer follow up, left with a great checkup and some care producta for a beard issue I dismissed as just part of beard having, great catch by the doctor

I had a hydra facial from Joy at their Tuscaloosa location. She does a great job of reviewing your skin and treating it. My face always feels great after the facial and looks great too—can always tell when I am due for another facial. I highly recommend Joy and will be returning for another facial.
