Doctor seems great, but over scheduled. Front office and administration is a nightmare. I routinely have to check up behind them to make sure paperwork was completed or sent when it was supposed to. I was also left hanging for a week while sick because they were closed for a whole week, which forced me to seek medical advice from a different doctor. I am still absolutely satisfied with my surgery, but the scheduling and admin issues have been an absolute nightmare. It has sometimes taken more than a week to get simple questions answered such as "can I take cough medicine." If I had this to do over again I would likely look for a different office just because the admin is so hard to work with.

The free consultation advertised on their website cost me almost $1,000 only to find out I am not a candidate for the procedure I was interested in. I am not saying they don't have a right to charge what they charge, they just need to be up front about what it will cost at each step of the screening process instead of advertising the free consultation. It cost me $250 for the free consultation which is non-refundable. The doctor then said I needed an endoscopy which cost $285 for his fee and another $300 to the surgery center after my insurance paid their part. Then the doctor charged another $125 to go over the results of the endoscopy and tell me I am not a candidate for the procedure. Feels like a complete waste of time and money.
