We tried to switch to this pediatrician office. We were told we would fill out paperwork when we arrived. Got a call the day before canceling our appointment because they didn’t have our paperwork. It took several phone calls trying to reach the office to reschedule. I hope they are not always this dysfunctional. We will be going somewhere else that makes getting set up as a new patient easier.

Dr Reynolds is very kind and down to earth. She doesn’t rush my baby’s appointments and takes her time explaining things to me. Her staff have been pleasant to work with as well.

I'm a first time mom and Dr. Reynolds has been amazing to work with. She always listens to my concerns and takes her time to speak with me. Recently I had to leave a message with the on call service after business hours about my son who was running a fever. Dr. Reynolds personally called me back to address my concerns. The staff there is really nice and I have never had any issues with scheduling, even though the office is obviously busy. Dr. Reynolds is awesome and I have already been recommending her to my friends.

My children have been seeing Dr. Reynolds for over 4 years. We moved almost an hour away about a year ago and I still drive my kids to see her for every medical need they have. I would never think of changing doctors for my children because she is that great and well worth the trip. My kids love her and feel comfortable with her and she really cares about the parents' concerns as well as doing what is best for the child. Good medical care is hard to come by and we definitely have it with her!!

Although, my grt grandbaby has seen Dr. Reynolds before, the experience on Aug. 22, 2016, was ridiculous!!!! NEVER GOT TO SEE DOCTOR!!! Arrived 20 minutes prior to appt. time and registered. After sitting an HOUR, waiting patiently, checked with receptionist working that day. She had NOT registered grt grandbaby's name. Put another child's name tape strip OVER her name on folder ( ??? ), resulting in making another appt. Had to drive 45 miles one way, stop by to get baby, and then to doctor.
