Treat you like your on probation here! Was told couple months ago my physical needed to be scheduled. THAT DAY I scheduled it for the soonest available appt which was today at 11. So I go early to dose and go to work for a few hours when I’m told I’m stop dosed due to my physical being today. THAT IS STUPID! The last time I saw the doc a few months back I arrived at 5 AM and told EVERY employee I saw that I was there FIRST to see the doc when she came in. Well at 830 they called 3 people BEFORE me. After being there for just under 5 HOURS I finally saw her. So today you tell me that because my physical was due before my actual appt, that’s the reason I’m stop dosed. BUT I TOOK THE FIRST AVAILABLE APPT AND THAT IS NOT MY FAULT! She says “we know it’s not your fault. We aren’t saying that it’s your fault.” YES YOU ARE IF YOU STOP DOSE ME FOR THAT! You want folks to work, but keep them from going to work or make them late because of the excessively long lines! You keep advertising “ACCEPTING MORE PATIENTS”, yet Cant even take care of the ones you already have! Got to keep that new money rolling in! Doc don’t even get there at the same time everyday and always having people sit you around waiting! Got to have receipts from going out of town, so many stupid rules that even probation and parole don’t use! Looks like I may just be one of the many that have transferred to Drake! The doc is in EVERY morning at 5 to start taking patients, they have a printout of ALL patients with dose amounts in case the power goes out OR the computers go down! Which never happens over there. With all the $ y’all bring in there you need to update your system to take more than 5 to 10 people in the system. Ridiculous!!! I’m so upset this is crazy! I already miss too much work waiting in line there and waiting on the doc !

I really love the location. ad my counselor Mrs Karen Perkins. is very awesome and open and always ready to help. and the siding nurses are very respectful.
