Dr Park was covering for two providers so the wait was long. Once I was seeing him I did not feel he was rushed I felt well assessed. I received an injection and Dr. Parks did this himself. It was a very good evaluation and care.

The wait time was too long! My appointment was at 8:35 and I finally saw him at 10:00.

Dr Parks is an outstanding surgeon and has a great bedside manner. His Physician's Assistant, Paul, is as bad as Dr Parks is good. The most rude and arrogant person I have ever dealt with. Paul has a serious personality disorder. People with serious medical issues should not have to deal with someone like Paul. When he was going to give me a shot he told me to put my leg in a 90 degree angle. When I put my leg at a 90 degree angle Paul said "you don't know what a 90 degree angle is?" I looked at my husband when he made the 90 degree angle comment and my husband put his leg in the same 90 degree angle I was in. Then Paul came over and acted like he was moving my leg around (while actually not moving it any but just putting on an act) and then gave me a shot. It is a shame that you have to put up with this turkey to be able to use Dr Parks. The rating for Dr Parks should be 5 stars; the rating for having to put up with Paul should be minus 11.

Efficient, listens, offers multiple courses of action. Dr Parks is engaging and extremely knowledgeable. He remembers, has established a working relationship with me. He is patient and polite. I have confidence in his ability to meet my current and long-term needs.
