Watch out for this practices missed appointment policy. The "official" office policy states if you miss an appointment or cancel you owe 25.00. This is not my compliant. I will gladly pay for taking a spot. What they don't tell you is they can kick you out for missing an appointment. This is not written anywhere or told to you at any point. When we called for an explanation they claim we didn't pay for several missed appointment. I asked why I haven't received a bill. Oh we don't send out invoices for missed appointments ?? So how do I know I am supposed to pay you without a bill saying I own you ? So now for the pleasure of getting to make an appointment I need to pay all my missed appointment fees up front plus pay the visit up front. What does paying the visit up front have to do with any of this ? I didn't pay because you failed to do your job and bill me for an amount I owed. This practices staff will drive this Dr out of business. The Dr is great the staff is incompetent.

I’ve been going here for around 10 years. I’ve had excellent care the entire time. Just because someone is offended by her policy using doulas doesn’t change the fact that she’s a great doctor. Those people leaving bad reviews over her doula policy are bullies. So she doesn’t work with them, find a doctor who does and quit being a bully. Your review speaks more about your character than anything else.

Dr. Aguayo is amazing. I had emergency abdominal surgery (complications from fighting cancer) when I was 20 weeks pregnant with my daughter. God used Dr. Aguayo to help save my daughter's life. She is the best in my opinion and she cares for her patients.

They have always been quick to get me in. The office staff is very pleasant. The medical staff has successfully treated any issue I've had. They listen and take time with their patients. Beth (CRNP) is awesome.

This office and Dr. Aguayo are excellent! I have been a patient for 12 years. I am a nurse and would highly recommend!

I have been a patient at All Women’s for about 2.5 years. I haven’t seen Dr. Aguayo but I have seen her NP, Beth. I have been in menopause for 8 years due to a hysterectomy at 34. Beth knew why I had the hysterectomy early and had me on Premarin. She never checked my bloodwork to ensure this would work well for me. I struggle with depression and anxiety; for the last 8 weeks I have felt off. I chose to seek another provided about bio identical hormones and learned I have little testosterone, as well as other hormone issues. Last year, I experienced one of my worse depression episodes in 4 years, so much so, I voluntarily went to Vanderbilt Psychiatric hospital. I cannot help but wonder, had I been on the correct HRT would I have a wanted to take my own life? I have been actively seeing a Psychiatrist and Psychologist for over 4 years.

Dr. Aguayo is a wonderful doctor! She's very knowledgeable, explains things clearly and thoroughly, and is gentle with her care. Her staff is top-notch as well. A caring and compassionate group of health professionals.

Every woman dreads finding a new OBGYN when they move. I looked in internet and then talked to a few friends and was told about this amazing Doctor. She was super caring and made you feel comfortable right away. She helped me w post menopausal problems I was having. Dr. Aguayo is extremely smart and her bed side manner is amazing.

I do not recommend this practice for GYN care. My experience was that this office is very uncaring. I felt treated as another number, not a real patient with a real issue. My ongoing issue was not taken seriously or with any sense of urgency. There was no follow up. In the 5 years I went there, I don't think I ever met the doctor & it seems like I saw a different PA or CRNP each time. I switched to another local doctor who took the time to talk to me about my issue & the treatment plan. I even asked for my records to be faxed to the new doctor (after coming to the office to sign a release) & they didn't even do that.
