Dr. Ference has helped me reduce pain and improve mobility in my lower back and hip. I could not climb stairs because of bursitis in my pelvis. He has given injections to relieve inflammation while I started physical therapy to strengthen muscles. He is caring and compassionate, and he does not discount my pain as other doctors have.

Had a great experience with Doctor Edward Ference. He and his staff was very helpful and friendly. Would recommend SportsMed to anyone needing a osteoporosis or Neuro surgeons doctor. Great place.

As I first entered the office area, I noticed the prayer wall which signified to me the depth of care I was to receive. True to their convictions, the kind of people that worked together in this office gave to me the best care I could image. Dr. Ference, Ashley and Jen exemplify the Bible verse that says ‘in everything you do, do it for the Lord’. Their explanation of the procedures involved, their support and encouragement throughout these procedures, coupled with prayers and genuine concern gave me strength to endure and have a positivity to overcome my health issues. I would highly recommend Dr Ference and his team for back ablations. I was brought through the process with caring, education, and much medical skill. Therefore, without reservation I recommend this team for these medical issues.

What an amazing doctor. He could teach other doctors about bedside manners! I would love to see him voted Dr of the Year! I highly recommend Dr Ference to anyone needing a spine, neck or hip physician.

Dr. Ference has been working with me to diagnos some pain in my hip. He has tried diligently to find the problem. MRIs, X-rays, nerve tests, etc. have lead us to find a torn labrum in my hip. Steroid shots with contrast guided by X-ray confirmed the issue. He has a great rapport with patients. He cares enough to get to the root of the problem. I recommend Dr. Ference.
