Really listen to my issue. I am a Disabled Combat Veteran and seems I couldn't get any relief from talking with VA doctors. Dr. Janssen took the time to really listen and looked closer at my issue and explained it to me in detail. He found the medication that works for me, he was willing to take the extra steps to figure it out instead of just giving me a shot. I trust his judgement and his ability to look deeper at the issue and care about fixing his patients.

Dr. Janssen is very thorough. He takes the time to explain every step of the procedure. He is excellent at delivering information in laymen terms. His staff is excellent. They are very courteous and accommodating. Dr. Janssen and his staff are a great team. I highly recommend him.

Dr Janssen and his staff have been nothing but caring healthcare servants since I was referred to SportsMed in 2020. He listens to his patients and tries to understand from their perspective prior to giving any diagnosis. My shoulder impingement turned into rotator cuff tear and together we planned the journey forward. Although I am only 13 days post op, I am looking forward to the possibility of pain free shoulder moment in the very near future. He has checked in with me daily since my surgery asking the right questions and giving needed advice. FYI, I was told prior to my surgery by my bowling teammate that I had the best in Dr Janssen.

Best staff ever! Came to Dr Janssen to get second opinion; didn't think I needed surgery. And he confirmed it. Great PT is helping me and Dr Janssen and his nurse were VERY THOROUGH in helping me understand how I was going to help my shoulder heal without surgery. ALWAYS get a 2nd opinion when shoulder surgery is suggested! And go to Dr. Janssen.
