The medical staff at Glen Eagles (Doctors and Nurses) always treated me well and did a good job. The reason my review is only 3 stars is because of the system they use for transferring medical records. They use a 3rd party company and the system they have in place is pretty dysfunctional. It took me approximately 4 months and 8-10 phones calls between both Glen Eagles and the third party provider they use to actually get my records sent. Each time I called it seemed that nobody was familiar with my situation, particularly the third party provider. It just seems like an unnecessary complication and makes the process feel very corporate and bureaucratic. Thankfully, the records I needed to get sent were not time critical. If they were, it very well could have caused serious issues. In summary, I think the handling of medical records should be brought in house as this is a critical part of the role of a health care provider. Other than that, Glen Eagles is a good medical practice in my opinion.

I have been so pleased with everyone I've interacted with at this practice. I moved here from Georgia recently and needed a good primary care physician who can work with me to address my many health problems. Doctor Johnson has proved to be a good listener and excellent doctor. His staff, especially Andrea, have gone the extra mile to help me find several specialists. The receptionists are always very nice. This practice also has it's own lab, which is super convenient. Overall I highly recommend this practice! Veta Nix

I was seen as a new patient by Christopher Johnson MD PC. I had a very good experience. Dr. Johnson took his time, made me feel cared for, and made a care plan for every single one of my issues. He is very kind, thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. I feel confident that my medical care is in great hands. I'm very appreciative and greatful for the care I've received! I'd, definitely, recommend him and his office to anyone I know. The nurses and front staff are just as wonderful. Very lovely place. Please go see them!
