I had a strange swelling on my leg and broke out in a red rash that was miserable . I did not have an appointment , but even during Covid, Dr Batson managed to work me into his schedule and provided the meds I needed. He was thorough , polite and kind . He has years of experience and is held in high regard by another medical professional I trust . I recommend him highly .

I love the doctors but the front desk staff need to pay attention. I sat in the lobby for 45 minutes to have lab work done, which in previous time only took about 20 minutes. I inquired twice about getting seen, as people ahead of me were getting called back, with no success only to be told my name is on the list. Out of frustration, I left..... my time Is valuable too!!! This put a bad taste in my mouth, I'm not happy with that type of servic . WAKE UP PEOPLE, I DO HAVE OTHER OPTIONS!

The staff has always been prompt and courteous to me. Michelle Jtineat CNP is a fabulous healthcare provider. Her genuine concern and ability to communicate are like none I’ve ever experienced in a doctors office. I would recommend this office for primary care needs to anyone who is searching for quality medical care.
