Dr. Cobb Alexander is one of my favorite dr’s I’ve encountered in Huntsville. He has a very caring bed-side manner and has helped alleviate pain in numerous joints over the years through surgery or through management with PT or medicine. I highly recommend him with utmost confidence.

Dr. Alexander is a wonderfully caring surgeon and my experience both at the clinic and the hospital with him was exceptional. I was also very blessed by all the staff we encountered.What a gift to feel like your surgeon genuinely cares for you and is concerned for a good outcome. I had known of his excellent reputation as a surgeon and that is a comfort, but he is also a genuine kind soul. My husband especially appreciated the detailed personal post-op report he gave him.We would highly recommend Dr. Alexander to anyone seeking an experienced, knowledgeable, and caring surgeon.

Couldn't be happier with the services Dr Alexander and his staff provided. I was well informed about everything that happened and he got me in and out of the hospital in record time even during the pandemic. I was away from my house only 27 hours before returning with a new hip. Procedure was flawless and have had no issues at all since the surgery. Would highly recommend Dr Alexander to anyone.

Really liked Dr Alexander. They were very late in calling me for my appointment so I was admittedly annoyed by the time I saw Dr Alexander but now I know why they were late. He didn't rush me, he heard my whole story which probably took longer than it needed to take and he made me feel like he was invested in providing me the best options and care for my situation. He'll be my go to dr for ortho issue even if I have to wait a while to see him!

My husband used this so called doctor for a hip replacement. 1st surgery failed, he was in terrible pain. Two weeks later he operated again. This caused even more problems. 3 seperate visits later to ER, Still have not seen the doc!!! I agree with the women that posted his nurse is even more of a joke than he is. I'm posting this while in the ER again our 3 rd visit in 5 days. Please be aware and do research before getting a hip replacement.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Alexander’s for years. He did both of my knee replacements, and I’ve never had any problems with either. He also did shoulder surgery for me recently and all went well. He is a pleasant person to be around, and his assistant is on the ball!
