Not very good sat in there for about 40 minutes with my wife soon as she came in she made me leave all they want to do is put a bandaid on it instead of fixen the problem

Left very first appointment to be called back to sign paperwork they forgot to put on clipboard. Came back same day and they closed early on Friday. I had to have my husband take off work early to take me to rush and sign paperwork to be able to get my mri that same day. It was out of our way. I got a call from nurse stating the mri results and going ahead to proceed for shots..ummmm when do you not have a follow up with dr. To explain what all was seen on mri and what your options are???? Why have a nurse spout off numerous things and your left really with no understanding of what your being half told. Very unproffessional. They are only open Monday to Friday till.3:30 and appearantly shut down early on Fridays as I find out trying to go back and sign papers. The front desk girl when I called to ask about getting my CD on mri and records was rude to me and cut me off and sent me to medical records after. I don't think I will continue with Dr based on those circumstances that happen to

I have received injections in my lower spine, and Dr. Campbell has been a terrific Doctor. She explained my treatment and has helped me with my back problems. Thank you Dr. Campbell. I would highly recommend Dr. Campbel.l

I had another MRI done Nov 3rd this Dr. Campbell was having problems getting the disc so I went and picked the disc up and paid to have it sent to them overnight. They received the disc Friday Nov 20th. I called the following Monday to verify they received it and see what their plan of action would be. I have already had 2 rounds of steroid injections, which are no longer helping. I was assured the doctor would review the images and give me a call before Thanksgiving, as I am barely able to put my shoes on and stay in constant pain due to a buldging disc pressing on my spinal canal. Didn't hear from them at all last week. So I call today and they tell me the disc is in the wrong format so they have requested another disc. EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE HAD TGE RADIOLOGIST REPORT THE ENTIRE TIME. They still haven't received the 1st disc they requested. Now I am left suffering until they can get a disc that they can look at! Unacceptable!

No. She did a procedure on me as recommended by my Dr at the Spine & Neuro Center and I never even saw her before or after my procedure. She didn’t even speak to my husband after the procedure. Neither one of us spoke to her, saw her, or heard from her as to how the procedure went or how to care for me after the procedure! Very unprofessional.
