I've been going here for a few years now so I wanted to update. I am leaving it at 5 stars 🌟 because they have more than earned it. I absolutely love my counselor and almost everyone I've met has been amazing. A few of the dosing nurses are less than friendly but I imagine they have bad days like the rest of us so I just smile and let it go. I am very glad I went when I did because I probably wouldn't be here otherwise. I know alot of people only have bad things to say but I've heard more good than bad. And my personal experience has been mostly good.

You always feel welcome here! The nurses, counselors, and doctor, always treat everyone with respect and dignity. Terry, the director is always so helpful and friendly. If you or anyone you know needs help with addiction, this is honestly the best place in North Alabama!.

There seems to be clinics where you can go popping up all over. Let me stop you here. The Dr., and the staff at HMTC are the only professionals that you need to see. From the Director, Terry Mitchell, who is kind and non judgemental, to all the counselors, nurses, and staff. Every one of them are dedicated to your personal recovery and experience. Kindness and support are what you will get from the minute you walk through the door. I also want to add their dedication and their rules with the Covid epidemic are absolutely stellar. If you need help, please seek it. If you want dedicated, personal and help that will follow you throughout the rest of your life, come here and I just know you will feel the way that I do. I just want to say personally, they have been with me through so much and I trust them completely. Come talk to them, or call. Please don't do nothing. There is help, and it's right here.
