Innova is a really unique practice. I have my preference on who I see but not one staff member from the front desk, to the billing department, to the CMAs, to the phlebotomists, to the CRNPs to the MDs, have ever given me less than their full attention. They really listen, they work with you, and they want you to be well. And as someone who finds it challenging to make my voice heard, this is a place I feel safe and encouraged to do so. I also love that I can access my records quickly on the portal at any time.

Innova is the best! Always professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. I especially love Kendall, my nurse practitioner. Every visit is helpful and I leave feeling heard and supported in my health journey.

Innova Primary is the only doctors office I've ever been to that actually cares, does their due diligence, doesn't dilly dally with testing, and has amazing bedside manner. I would recommend them to anyone who would listen.

I have health anxiety, and I have had negative experiences with other providers/ offices in the area. I was nervous to meet the team and discuss my concerns because of those past experiences. EVERYONE (front desk reception, medical assistants, CRNP, and Doctor) was amazing. They were attentive, kind, compassionate, and I felt heard. I am excited to establish care here and continue to find answers for my own health. Thank you, Innova! I saw CRNP Shelby and Dr. Diaz. :)
