The ladies that “greet” you and do the original check in at front desk are so rude!! Very short and talk to incoming patients as if they are irritated with you simply being there. It takes zero energy to be kind!! It takes more energy to be rude!! ( 1 star ⭐️) HOWEVER, the ladies in scheduling (on the phone), the billing dept., X-ray team and the nurses / assistants of Dr. Moore and Dr. Moore himself … Hands down - the absolute BEST and ALWAYS so nice, and helpful! (5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)

Dr.Moore and his staff offer excellent services in a clean, relaxing atmosphere. Minimal wait times give you quick attention to your individual needs. My visit today was very pleasant. Courteous staff assisted me with check-in, Xray, and future appointment scheduling in a timely manner. Dr Moore was very courteous and addressed my shoulder diagnosis and treatment options. Definitely recommend Dr Moore to anyone needing his specialities.

Dr Moore is a 5 star+ surgeon. He is very compassionate and takes time to listen to you. I have had the same surgery with another doctor but this one was so much easier than the last one. I had less pain, easier recovery and much less PT required. So grateful for Dr Moore.
