Dr. Hughey demonstrated caring and concern with my knee complaints. I have bilateral Baker's cysts and arthritic changes that have caused me to stumble and nearly fall. But, I haven't fallen yet. I will be going back to him for my care.

TOC has a very efficient check in and check out procedure. Dr. Hughey and his staff are knowledgeable and take the time to answer questions and discuss issues. Never seems rushed or in a hurry to move on to the next patient. Would highly recommend.
