Dr. Castillo was very thorough when explaining the surgical process, recovery, and after care. He and his team were very helpful with any questions I had along the way. Everything went smoothly with zero complications. After several years of struggling with nasal blockage I can finally breathe normally again.

I am so grateful for Dr. Castillo. He has worked with my daughter since she was 2 months old. He has always explained her condition to us in a way we could understand. After her surgeries, he showed us and explained to us what he saw and how it was fixed. He visited her to check on her after her surgeries in a timely manner while she was in the PICU. Every visit we had in his office was nice, my only complaint is the wait time but I notice that to be issue at any doctors office I go to in Huntsville.

Although I am 12... I thought this doctor did a great job. He told me everything that was going to happened and thoroughly explained what to eat and what not to eat after getting my tonsils out.

There are far better otolaryngologists in the Tennessee Valley. Please do extensive research and find one that is best suited to your particular condition if known. This doctor is extremely rude, and while he was correct in my daughter's diagnosis his bedside manner and lack of compassion left a lot to be desired. I found much better care and courtesy elsewhere.
