I was very disappointed. I expected to see Dr. Reto. I understand he was “on call”, but everything felt impersonal. The speed with which everything was handled was efficient, but almost too efficient. I felt like a number on a chart. I appreciate the prescriptions to manage the pain I am feeling. I am hoping the pre-approval for the MRI will take place Monday! I just remember being a patient of Dr. Reto nine years ago when people in his office made me feel like someone cared! I was in a lot of pain on Friday and no one asked how I felt. I am hoping the appointments I have in the future with your office are a more pleasurable experience.

Dr reto is a smart caring doctor..I like his happy personality..he sits down and hears out your yocomplaint of pain and he suggested a good recommendation of something else for pain control.and future actions if this didn't work for me..he's answered every call that I made after surgery..

Dr Reto takes the time to listen and does not rush to surgery: I especially appreciated the care and patience he provided my late mother when he performed her back surgery. I recommend him to all friends and family for neck and spine issues.
