Everyone is always nice and friendly even if they are super busy. Dr. Reto was great. He did a great job on my back surgery. Recovery was was good. I would definitely use Dr. RETO and staff again.

Dr. Reto and his team are amazing. They break the information down in a way that is easy to understand. The entire sports med facility seems like a very well oiled machine from making appointments to checking out. Very happy I chose them for my needs.

This doctor treated our employee terrible based on the fact that this was a work comp claim. The employer was willing to pay cash up front to ensure our employee was provided medical care. The doctor x-rayed and looked at the lower back all while the employee was stating it was not his lower back that hurt. A representative of the employer was with this patient and the doctor (s) refused to treat or investigate the issue at hand, upper back. Employer was instructed he must get a new work comp claim in order to be seen. This doctor wasted the employer & employees time and money. Employer paid for visit, gas and employee's time while going to doctor visit. Would NOT recommend this doctor. The work comp specialist was not helpful and the front desk clerk was very rude.

I’m extremely happy with Dr Reto and his staff as well as everyone at Crestview Hospital, their attention to patients needs and commitment to making sure you are informed and get the best treatment possible. I’ve had three back surgeries over the years, two that were done by Dr Reto, I have complete confidence in his ability to take care of me and would not hesitate to have him operate on me wherever the need arises.
