I’m hoping my opinion of this place changes. My daughter has TSC. These guys are supposed to be the experts. My daughter’s neurologist sent 5 referrals to this clinic. It took the fifth one before they acknowledged they received it. This took 2 months after the initial referral. They finally received the referral and we had a name that we needed to speak with to get an appointment. Her name is Jessica. My wife and I have left countless messages asking for a return call to make an appointment. To this day, we’ve still never received a call. It’s been over 3 months. We finally had to demand to be transferred to someone else to schedule an appointment. I hope I can change this review after the appointment. My daughter has had a rough time and really needs specialists. Hopefully the doctors are more competent than the staff.

Ridiculous mask mandate in fall of 2022. Staff force customers to wear while in the facility, but regularly let slip below their own noses. All optics. Despite the seemingly nice doctor(s), I can no longer trust their medical opinions after such lazy research.

They're very friendly and helpful. Facilities area clean and appear well maintained. Plenty of parking, but if they're busy you might have to park in an adjacent lot around back. Spacious waiting room with stuff for the kids to play with.
