I was told to arrive at 1:25 for a 1:45 MRI appointment…I arrived at 1:20 and at 2:50 had yet to start procedure. Delays are expected with most doctor’s offices / imagining centers but an hour plus waiting to even get started is unacceptable.

The Team at Outpatient Diagnostic Center of Alabama is incredible and completely patient focused. They work very hard to meet those served at their point of need and exam results back to the referring provider in a short period of time. I always chose Outpatient Diagnostic Center of Alabama for my diagnostic imaging needs - for myself and my family.

I have small veins so it is hard for anyone to get a line on me. I had actually just left a doctors office who had blown a vein before this appointment so it was harder on the tech. Christine and Chelsie did a wonderful job of getting a vein when there was limited options. She definitely took the time and care to make sure it was correct before proceeding with the Ct Scan

I had to come here to get X-RAYS. I guess I came at the wrong time because it took over an hour to get it done and it's a walk in place. The lady at the counter told me that someone didn't show up so it put everything behind. They gave me a CD and sent my images over to my provider so hopefully I won't be having to go back anytime soon. They are one of the few places still requiring people to wear masks and they will provide one if you don't have it.
