I would not recommend Dr. Andrews to anyone..The first time I selected him as my Primary, I was given an appointment and when I arrived the office was closed..I selected another Dr.. when my next Dr was no longer available Dr Andrews was the one Dr taking new patients..I decided to give it a try ..His office is hard to reach..Test results are hard to get and lack explanation..Dr Andrews spends his time looking at the computer screen and don’t remember anything..He told me that my Diabetes have affected my kidneys and only suggest that I drink more water..I had a scan and after weeks of trying to get the results I was told that it was inconclusive ..At my last visit I mentioned my headaches again and he said he could refer me to a neurologist..I don’t understand why it took 4 months to come to that step..On my last visit he spent most of the time tapping on the keyboard..He asked a few questions and took a few seconds to listen to my heart..He sent me to lab without a goodbye..

Like others here, I think the Dr is very nice and knowledgeable but the staff is severely lacking. It is almost impossible to get someone to answer the phone or call you back. I have gone a week without a prescription because I can't get anyone to respond or answer the phone. Not recommended.

Dr. Andrews is a very caring doctor! His follow up and thorough professionalism is one that instills confidence in his patients. His staff is very efficient and friendly! My husband and I are so happy we found Dr. Andrews and with confidence we entrust our health in his hands!

This has been the worst experience in my lifetime. I’ve been misdiagnosed and continue to suffer with my ailment. All Dr. Andrews wants is for you to come to the office over and over to prescribe a medication that does not work and then bill you afterwards.

The front desk receptionist Vanessa is absolutely the worst! Made an appointment back in March for April 21,2021 never received a reminder call because she recorded my phone number wrong!! When I finally realized I hadn't received my reminder. I called the office.I explained to Vanessa my situation she then very nonchalantly confirmed my number and it was wrong. So I proceed to tell Her I needed to reschedule. She offers me the 18th with a nurse practioner and I asked is that a Thursday. I then proceeded to tell her my work schedule and reconfirm my corrected number she never responds or even acknowledge my comments. And then after silence for a few minutes she says my next availability is JULY!! I then say that's not my fault that you recorded the wrong number! And her response was YOU SHOULD REMEMBER YOUR APPOINTMENT!! Its a courtesy we call you!! How RUDE!! I WONDER if DR.ANDREWS KNOW WHATS REPRESENTING HIS PRACTICE!! I will take this BCBS somewhere its appreciated!!!

Dr. Andrews is an awesome doctor. He is very thorough, kind, and caring to his patients. I would definitely recommend to others.

I'm always amazed at the care from intake to the end of my visit. The nurse makes you smile even in the face of COVID-19, not an easy time to be in healthcare. Thanks Dr. Andrews and your team.

This is the best Dr great prompt effficient disagnosis'orignosis Caring transparent results given to patients as soon as Dr Andrews and staff receive. Great support staff I recommend this primary care family medical Dr to EVERYONE None better Number 1 Prompt professional and efficient care and great liaison with pharmaceutical staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Doctors are awesome. But whomever does prescriptions and call backs is atrocious. They won’t call you. Or respond to you. You have to make an appointment for anything that needs done. They’re all about copays and office visit charges. I’m so done with these people.
