I can not say enough great things about this place! My daughter fell and hurt her arm on the last day of school and we were frantic to get her x-rayed and back in time for PreK graduation. I explained the situation and they got us in and out very quickly. We were back in time to perform at our graduation with just a sprain! Thank you so much for understanding and helping us make a hectic schedule work on a big day!

Dr Seymour is very caring. His nurse Laura is ridiculously rude. Every interaction she’s rude, rushed, gets annoyed if you leave a message, if she has to get back in touch with you, she only says she’s returning your call (never listens to your vmail or reads your email, if you ask her if she received it she says “why don’t you tell me what you need”). I’ve got so many questions and docs I need for my work, but I’m so intimidated of calling again and her getting mad. I left a voicemail for her on Thursday and I still haven’t spoken to her. She called Friday afternoon and I called back 10 mins later and then called 2 hours later and still never heard back. Thinking about switching docs so I don’t have to have the anxiety over her anymore

The second time in a week I have been treated rudely. From trying to park my truck to check in. The staff that appear to be over 30 years old simply treat me like a burden, rude, short, condescending answers when asking questions. I was not going to leave a review, but twice in 7 days of this type of culture shows issues with this organization. Be warned.
