Dr. Mangesha and his staff is the only Neurology office that I trust to take care of my wife. Keri, Erika ,and Molly have been so kind and caring going above and beyond providing comfort support and the best patient care! Dr. Mangesha is very thorough he also does an amazing job explaining everything and making sure we understood everything as well. I cannot thank the nurses enough for making a very scary time seem much easier to handle and manage! I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

I have been seeing Dr Mengesha for chronic migraines and Myasthenia Gravis. After my experiences with him for many months I would not recommend him. He didn't listen to my concerns and translate them into my care plan. As a patient, I believe we know our bodies best and his care and treatment was very concerning.

The nurse I saw was absolutely amazing and so sweet but the office staff at the front counter and dr. Mengesha himself are unbelievably rude. Went in for a referral and he wouldn’t listen to my concerns and was very condescending and basically dismissed anything I said and talked to my guardian instead. It took me 5 weeks for them to finally get the paperwork correct for me to even schedule myself an appointment. I was referred to another doctor by dr. Mengesha and it took his office staff another 5 weeks to fax over my referral. When I called and said I need my paperwork to be sent over because this is an issue that can’t wait the woman in the office hung up on me. Dr. Mengesha refused to listen to me and listen to my symptoms that I have he told me I don’t know what I’m talking about and that the physician that referred me to him also doesn’t know what he is talking about. I have one appointment left at this office and I will not be coming back.

Meeting with Dr. Mengesha for the first time, we knew he was very knowledgeable in his field. You instantly know he cares for his patients and wants to help them. He listens to the patient without rushing them out the door. His staff is very friendly. In such a busy office, all the girls were smiling, making you feel welcome. It was very noticeable that the staff enjoy their job and make the patient and family feel at ease. I will recommend Dr. Mengesha and his office to anyone that needs a neurologist.

Dr.Theodore Mengesha is the best neurologist in Huntsville, AL. He is very thorough and takes his time at every appointment. He is a very caring doctor and is very concerned about his patients health. I wouldn’t have any doctor I know of take care of me.

Changed my meds when I was 19 to something I couldn't take birth control without my permission. I'm 21 now and he gave me something he said would work with my seizure meds to prevent pregnancy, turns out it's something that HELPS me get pregnant. Gonna get my meds changed but he should be glad he doesn't have a lawsuit on his hands.
