Thank you to the staff at this particular Urgent Care!!! They were very friendly and made my 4 year old feel comfortable with everything every step of the way. We didn’t have to wait very long for her to be seen and she was taken care of by a very friendly staff who are very great at working with small children. My daughter told me when we got to the car that she loves those doctors, they are very nice girls and boys.

My experience was the best urgent care or regular doctor visits that I have ever experienced. The doctor listened to every single concern and didn’t brush me off at all. Will 100% use this location again if needed.

This company abruptly closed all New Orleans locations with zero notice to employees. Then, they left without paying for services provided by New Orleans Mom. Urgent Care for Children doesn’t care about families or small businesses. These cowards won’t even respond to phone calls or emails and delete and block every social media post. They know they are guilty. Very slimy and totally classless. Definitely not the kind of individuals I’d trust to care for my children. What they’ve done to New Orleans Mom is probably just the tip of the iceberg of bad business practices. Wouldn’t trust them to employ me, wouldn’t trust a bill for their services. A business only out for themselves and likely wouldn’t provide quality care anyway. Glad New Orleans is rid of this practice.

Urgent Care for Children in Jones Valley was quick to take care of us and didn’t keep us waiting long. I just wish they had better bedside manner. I know people have bad days, so that is why it is not a huge concern, it just made my daughter a little uneasy when the intake nurse didn’t even smile at her. Overall, great experience and will definitely use them again if I need to. Kid friendly, and quick.

Very quick and friendly staff! My daughter kicks and screams no matter where we go but the Nurse we had here made her so comfortable there was none of that and she even said as we were leaving that from now on she wanted to come here only. We will definitely come back in the future.
