My grandpa was in it and she literly escaped the nursery five time her sixth time she got ran over by bus all the kids saw my dead grandpa but...there was a vending machine

Rude, ignorant staff. They promote people doing porn on their phone, won't tell their patient to stop calling and harassing me. This place seems to be one where you don't have rehab, just charge the insurance company, and men can watch 24/7 porn - don't bother staff and God forbid you call those rude wenches and expect decency! Why call it rehab when it's nothing but a brothel or a place to drop off elderly people to die? House of Negligence and Bed Sores.

My grandmother was there for rehab. The staff was very attentive and caring. Social services was very helpful with setting up her aftercare needs. We will definitely use them again.

My mom has been in the dementia unit for 6 months. We could not be happier with the level of care she receives. My mom loves the CNAs that care for her daily as well as the nursing staff. From the administrator, social worker, bookeeper to the janitorial staff are all friendly, helpful and responsive. So keep up the good work.

I was admitted to Windsor House for a short term stay.Short term it was 3 days . I was put on the skilled nursing wing with bed ridden patient's. Would not move me as i could do for my self showed me NO respect.Wasnt given my meds had to eat in room food was cold .Not very clean at all called family and left.Would not recommend to anyone.

I wish I could give thia place negative stars! The smell of this place is something that can not be easily forgotten.My mom was there for 2 and a half days until I could transfer her and it felt like a month!!! I feel so bad for the residents of that place that have to stay there with no hope.The back of my mom' s bed was cover in mold!! Medicaid stop paying for this place! Save some people from this nightmare...
