By and far the worst doctor I've interacted with across every specialty in my whole life. I wouldn't bring a stray dog to see her, nonetheless my children. Dismissive and rude. Flighty. She can't remember a thing she says herself and doesn't care about anything you're saying. In shock and awe that anyone in the entire northeast Florida area would trust her with their child's care.

Horrible experience with doctor and office staff. Not only was the secretary rude to begin with, the doctor has no clue about medicine or to treat children with special needs. Basically if you need something for a cold you are in the right place if its something more go to a real professional. Again office secretary rude and nasty.

Horrible racist pediatrics group with incompetent staff! My daughters and I were sent a letter from Benitez/Pitocchi stating that they were withdrawing to provide care without explanation and we had 30 days to find a new pediatrician. My daughters were patients for over 4 years with good health insurance. We never paid any bills late. This unexpected discharge came after I verbally complained about a NP and staff losing my daughter's urine sample after a suspected UTI. Over the years this practice has declined and I personally experienced the following: unprofessionalism, incorrect insurance billing, mix-ups with them scheduling the wrong child for appointments, and they would not allow me to schedule a sick appointment if I called in early morning for a late day appointment. It is my opinion that they are unprofessional and incompetent. The way we were discarded is disgusting, unethical, uncompassionate, unprofessional, and racist. I will tell every mother and fellow colleague I know of how horrible Pediatric Care Center treated my family after 4 years of patronage. It is my opinion, based on the above experience…they are a horrible racist pediatric group.
