Phillip Garcia's Online Review Report Card

My sister received undereye filler and it was misplaced & looked awful. The injector Becky tried to tell her it was normal and basically disregarded all her concerns when the other ladies working in the office agreed that something was wrong. She had several procedures done with Lori( esthetician) and Dr. Garcia and never had an issue. I would recommend Dr. Garcia's office for any service expect fillers.

Please do not go here! He will take your money and leave your looking a mess. Please just don’t.

Dr. Garcia was referred to me by my friend who had a very successful procedure done seven years ago. Her results have always looked very natural and she still looks great. From beginning to end my experience was very professional and personable at the same time. The staff catered to my every need and I felt 100% safe. The in-office surgical suite was very convenient and the anesthesia/surgical staff was very competent. Post-op was a breeze because of the great care and instructions that were given as the entire staff is courteous, kind, and outstanding at providing information and education. I could not have a better doctor than Dr. Garcia! He is highly skilled and excellent at his craft in addition to being one of the nicest doctors I have ever met. I am amazed at my very natural results which exceeded my expectations!

I went in for my marionette lines. Was told they could take care of this and it would cost $2,500. So I said OK. Asked if there would be any bruising and was told no because I was going out of town for Memorial Day weekend and thought I should put it off one more week.i was assured I would be fine. Went away that weekend and my face looked like I had been beat up. Came in a week later for the check up and found out the product they used was $400 off, if I had waited one more week! I was checked out and I could not see any difference I still had the marionette lines so then I was told that for another $700 they would put another filler in and this would take the lines around my mouth away and the marionette lines. So I paid the $700 had the next procedure done. A few weeks later nothing looked different. A friend was with me for each procedure. Called to talk to the doctor and she no longer worked there saw Dr. Garcia he said it was a fail and offered me another procedure!!!

About a month ago I got a rhinoplasty procedure done by Dr. Garcia. Not only was the staff amazing and very accommodating during the entire process, but Dr. Garcia knew exactly what I wanted and seemed very confident in how it would turn out. He is upfront about how he feels the results will be and I completely trust him. I was very nervous the day of my surgery, and when I got there I immediately felt so much better. The results have been incredible and he did an amazing job. I am so thankful for them and would recommend Garcia to anybody! My confidence has improved a lot because of them as well. Worth every penny!

We made appointment over a month ago, drove 2hrs and took off work for this. Arrived 25min early and was told he was running 1.5hrs late, which then turned into 2hrs within the conversation.. Mind you, we had to ASK how far behind. We were told this is very typical of Dr Garcia. We asked why we were not informed, to which we were told our options are to wait or reschedule....she did not even address our question. We asked to speak with office manager, who literally threw her arms up and said this is how he does things. We were told he'd spend an hour or more with us if needed and that's why he runs late. Then it would seem obvious to tell new patients this when scheduling. We very much felt like our time was not important and that they could care less if we left or not. The worst part was, an elderly couple checked in next to us, and were told the same thing... Sadly they accepted it as status quo. Now, instead of getting done while it's still light and dry, they may very well be leaving when it's dark and raining. I understand the weather is not controlled by the doctor. My point is, there are a million reasons people make appointments at certain times and they deserve the respect of these appointments to be maintained. Treating people (obviously sick people) will such disregard IS NOT OK IN MY BOOK. Patients are people with lives, time, and commitments... Doctors are NOT immune from understanding this. I will never recommend this office to anyone I respect or care for.
