I am leaving this on behalf of my mother. She came into office crying because she was hurting to bad. The scheduler called to ask his nurse "amy" if she could be seen. She said no, there was no room for her. She overheard her and what an attitude she had....Then they tried putting her two weeks out. Another doctor winded up seeing her for the issue and we are grateful for that. I just cant believe they can put someone out who is literally in tears from pain and another doctor had to take her on..

I walked out worst receptionist I've ever encountered, went in with wrist problem so bad i couldn't close mt hand. Receptionist facing hallway said it wasnt her job to do paperwork when I asked for help 3 times. I work hard and pay top level insurance
